Terms & Conditions — p2bvip Platform Agreement

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and p2bvip ("p2bvip", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://p2bvip.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, lottery products, and any promotional programmes offered thereon.

By creating an account, depositing funds, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet on p2bvip, you conclusively acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and all supplementary policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the personal player account registered by a User on the p2bvip platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a User's Account, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or any non-cashable credits credited to an Account under a specific promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification, required before withdrawals and at other prescribed trigger points.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of the Platform.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with p2bvip, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. p2bvip strictly enforces a minimum gambling age of 21 in accordance with international licensing standards and to comply with responsible gambling best practices.
• You are acting as a private individual and not as a professional, corporate entity, or agent of any third party.
• You are not excluded from the Platform as a result of a prior self-exclusion request, administrative suspension, or regulatory direction.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is explicitly prohibited or where online gambling is unlawful under applicable local legislation.
• You are the sole and legitimate owner of the payment methods used to deposit funds into your Account.
• You have not previously had an Account permanently closed by p2bvip for breach of these Terms.

p2bvip reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Bonus Funds, and, where fraud is identified, forfeiture of all Balance.

Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual may register only one Account on p2bvip. Multiple accounts held by the same person, whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods, constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. You must promptly update your details if they change. p2bvip accepts no liability for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal request — and at any time we deem necessary for regulatory or security purposes — you may be required to complete our KYC verification process by submitting:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., screenshot of Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, or CIMB account confirmation).

p2bvip processes all KYC documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are reviewed by our compliance team within 24 to 72 hours. Withdrawals will not be processed pending completion of KYC.

Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to use p2bvip exclusively for lawful, personal, and recreational purposes. You acknowledge and accept that:

• Gambling involves financial risk. All amounts wagered may be lost and past results do not indicate future outcomes.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we maintain a 99.98% uptime target, p2bvip does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Game outcomes on p2bvip are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems. All results are final once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, p2bvip's determination of the appropriate resolution shall be final and binding.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to interact with the Platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

p2bvip supports MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) as its primary transaction currency. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and select cryptocurrency assets (BTC, USDT, ETH).

Minimum deposit for MYR methods is RM30 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal is RM50. Processing times are as follows:

• DuitNow & Touch 'n Go eWallet: Instant to 10 minutes for verified accounts.
• FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): 5 to 30 minutes, subject to receiving bank processing.
• Cryptocurrency: Subject to blockchain confirmation times; typically 15 to 60 minutes depending on network congestion.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. p2bvip reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing may be delayed or suspended if fraud, money laundering, or terms abuse is suspected. Deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method where operationally possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

Bonuses & Promotions

p2bvip offers various welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback programmes, and seasonal campaigns. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms unless specifically overridden by an offer's individual terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permissible stake per round or bet is RM250. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Live casino may vary. Check individual promotion terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses carry an expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days) from the date of crediting. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one welcome bonus may be active per account at any given time. Claiming a second offer before completing the first will void the first offer.
• Bonus Abuse: p2bvip reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonuses and associated winnings if abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms is identified. Determination of abuse rests solely with p2bvip's compliance team.

All bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless and until wagering requirements are fully met. p2bvip reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on p2bvip and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair financial advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including match-fixing or coordinated play in poker or live dealer games;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financial transfer, or any purpose other than lawful personal gambling entertainment;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited;
• Allowing a third party to use your Account, or accessing another player's Account;
• Engaging in any fraudulent chargeback activity in relation to deposited funds.

Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the p2bvip Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface designs, and any other materials, is either owned by p2bvip or licensed to p2bvip by its game providers and technology partners. Such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p2bvip, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

p2bvip's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p2bvip makes no warranty or representation regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.

Account Suspension & Termination

p2bvip reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or bonus abuse, failure to complete KYC, or regulatory direction.

Upon termination for cause, p2bvip may forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where fraud is established, any Balance held in the Account. Upon termination without cause (at p2bvip's discretion with no fault attributed to the User), any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the User via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which p2bvip holds its primary international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith internal resolution through p2bvip's customer support and escalation process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English before a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief through a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.

Amendments to These Terms

p2bvip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.
